    Can I try Super with my team data?

    Yes, you can try Super with your data through our white-glove onboarding pilot program. The pilot includes: 3 weeks of unlimited access to Super, dedicated setup support to help configure your data sources, mid-pilot check-in to gather feedback and address any technical needs, end-of-pilot assessment to evaluate results. Note: the pilot program requires a discovery call to ensure proper fit and setup. After the pilot period, continued use requires a paid subscription starting at 10 seats minimum.

    How does the question limitation work?

    Each paid user (seat) grants approximately 100 questions per month. This is an approximate based on a credits of "tokens" sent and received by our AI. Your organization shares a combined pool of tokens, so all users draw from the same monthly allowance.

    Is there a limit on how much data I can connect to Super?

    Yes, there is a storage limit for indexed data that is shared across your entire organization. This means all users in your organization contribute to the same data storage limit which is of 1GB per paid seat.
