As Product Principal at Agorapulse, a 200-person social media management platform, he watched his team burn hours hunting through documentation while customers waited for answers.

Throwing AI at the problem

When the AI boom hit, Alexis initially tried building a custom solution. "We signed a contract with a US company that promised to complete RFP questionnaires using AI," he explains. "You'd upload your knowledge base, share past RFPs, then wait one to two hours for your Excel sheet to be completed."

The experience revealed critical flaws. How could they ensure uploaded data stayed current when their product evolved rapidly? Six-month-old information became obsolete as new features and certifications launched. The platform only leveraged static uploads, not live information synced across their various sources.

When Ask (now Super) appeared in their existing Slite workspace, the difference was immediate.

"Once we tested Super, it was way better because it was synchronizing live information from all our sources, not just static uploads,"

Super connected to Intercom, Slack, and Google Drive instantly. And the accuracy test sealed the decision. While integrating Intercom and their help center, they got the perfect CS buddy for every incoming user.

"We just had to paste hundreds of questions and then a few seconds later we have all the answers leveraging verified information."

The team now maintains a 98-99% success rate on RFP questions.

Initially, Agorapulse required teams to share Super's responses in dedicated Slack channels for peer review.

"What's amazing is that Super synchronizes Slack conversations. If you're correcting a Super answer on Slack, it would take that into account next time," Alexis notes.

Previously, Agorapulse handled 10 RFPs/month. Now, they process the same volume much faster while taking on additional opportunities.

Decision-making gets reduced to a question

"I can even ask, 'What have "person x" been up to last week?' and Super will scan through everything that has been edited on Slite as well as Public Slack conversations."

Managers with access to private one-on-one documents can request full team summaries instead of manually reviewing each report. Each digest and answer respects individual access levels, ensuring leaders get comprehensive insights without exposing confidential data inappropriately.

Way Forward

Agorapulse's roadmap centers on deeper system integration. "I'm waiting for the Bigquery integration," Alexis notes. "When we have that, we'll be able to connect our entire data warehouse (we're currently doing it via Claude by that doesn't scale for the teams).

Alexis envisions Super becoming central to Agorapulse's operational efficiency.

"We still use too many tools to do our work. Some capabilities could be consolidated given the amount of context that Super has in our company stack."
